It was another tough night for the Ellsworth Eagles Boys Soccer team, as they were doubled up by the Old Town Coyotes 4-2 at Del Luce Stadium in Ellsworth on Wednesday, September 19th.

Ellsworth actually jumped out to a 1-0 lead as Pascal Poirier scored with 6:23 left in the 1st Half, with an assist from Nate Mason.

Old Town tied the score with :37 second remaining in the 1st Half to make the score 1-1.

Old Town took a 3-1 lead scoring goals at the 35:15 and 31:24 mark before Ellworth's Carter Frank scored with 27:48 left , on an unassisted goal to make the score Old Town 3 Ellsworth 2.

Old Town scored their 4th and final goal with 26:14 remaining.

Ellsworth 0-7 on the season, goes on the road this Saturday, September 22nd to play the Hermon Hawks in Hermon at 11AM.

Old Town 2-3-1 will play host to Foxcroft Academy on Thursday, September 23rd at 4PM.
