Ellsworth and John Bapst Boys Soccer Battle to 1-1 Draw in Double OT

The Ellsworth Eagles and John Bapst Crusaders battled to a double overtime 1-1 draw on a cold September night at Del Luce Stadium on Monday, September 24th.

The two teams battled to a scoreless draw at the end of the 1st Half.

Ellsworth scored the 1st goal of the game as Nate Mason found the back of the net with an assist from Atticus Deeny with 32:42 remaining in regulation.

John Bapst scored the equalizer with 23:20 remaining in the 1st Half.

Javen Clarke was in goal for Ellsworth and had 8 saves.

Ellsworth is 1-7-1 and will play at GSA on Monday, October 1st at 4PM.

John Bapst 3-3-1 plays host to Foxcroft Academy on Wednesday September 26th at 4PM
