EHS Volleyball Beats GSA in Volleyball Tune-Up

The Ellsworth Varsity Volleyball Team beat George Stevens Academy, Thursday, August 30th in the final tune-up before the regular season begins. In the Battle of the Eagles, Ellsworth beat GSA 3-1 with the individual game scores 25-11, 25-16, 15-25 and 25-23.

Ellsworth highlights include

• Kristen Omlor - 12 digs
• Abby Moon - 14 digs, 6 assists
• Olivia Dyer 34 assists, 20 service points, 8 aces
• Rachel Barnes 10 kills, 4 solo blocks

Ellsworth opens the season Thursday, September 6th at home against Washington Academy at 5:30 PM.

GSA opens the season Saturday, September 1st at Brewer at 2:15 PM
