Dysart’s Plans to Build Travel Stop in Ellsworth

Dysart's with restaurants in Hermon and Bangor, and 9 Travel Stops is planning on building a Travel Stop in Ellsworth.

Dysart's bought the Ellsworth Car Wash in 2023 and recently has purchased the land where Branch Pond Marine sits. The plan before the Ellsworth Planning Board on April 2nd is to demolish the Branch Pond Marine and then construct a convenience store, and new car wash and have gasoline islands.

When reached on Thursday, March 20th, Tim Dysart said that "Dysart's is very excited to expand upon our presence in Ellsworth, bringing a full Travel Stop and new Car Wash to the community. Work should begin the summer of 2025 and be completed in 2026.
