Discussing Addiction: A Book and Movie Conversation Series
The Acadia Family Center in Southwest Harbor and The Jackson Laboratory Integrated Center for Addiction Biology are teaming up to offer a Book and Movie Conversation series reflecting on stories of addiction as portrayed in literature and film.
After each book synopsis and movie showing, discussions about addiction will be facilitated by staff and volunteers at JAX and AFC. Clinical staff and resource materials will also be on hand and is free of charge.
