A Public Health Emergency has been declared in the Town of Cranberry Isles with the following directive from the Cranberry Isles Board of Selectmen

Contractors commuting daily to Cranberry Isles for work must remain on their jobsites while on Island for work and maintain proper social distance from residents at all times, including limiting interactions with Island residents. Year-round residents who are returning from trips, as well as returning summer residents, are required to self-quarantine for 2 weeks and be fever free for 3 days. All residents and visitors are to follow current US Center for Disease Control (CD) recommendations for limiting public gatherings and observing proper social distance. Unnecessary off Island travel is strongly discourage for Island residents.

Cari Alley, Health Officer for the Town of Cranberry Isles has advised that she will be providing public information and assistance by a variety of means as the situation warrants and as she is authorized as the Local Health Officer

These rules and guidelines are in effect March 17 to April 1
