Jasmine Ireland from Ellsworth High School joined WDEA's Chris Popper to talk about the upcoming performances of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and various capstone projects from the Ellsworth High School Visual and Performing Arts students

"A Midsummer Night's Dream" will take place outdoors on the Tug White Football Field at Ellsworth High School at 6 p.m. on Friday June 4th and Saturday June 5th and 2 p.m. on Sunday June 6th. Tickets are $10.00 and you can purchase them HERE. You'll want to bring your own chairs, blanket and bug spray! You can also bring snacks or a picnic dinner and enjoy the show!

Along with the show you'll be treated to a performance from the Ellsworth Show Choir as they'll be performing American Roots with a few new songs, so a little different from the one performance they were able to give last year.

Jasmine also talked about one of the Seniors, Lauren Elizabeth Billings who published a book, that is available on Amazon "Dancing for Healthy Living" and Kayla Hardison's presentation which is on You Tube "What the Arts Mean to Me"
