The Ellsworth Girl's Tennis Team defeated Washington Academy on Monday, April 25th at Ellsworth High School 5-0 and improved to 1-1 on the season.

Congratulations to the Drama Departments of  Ellsworth High School and MDI High School as they finished 1 and 2 in the One Act Play competition held at MDI High School on Friday and Saturday March 4-5.  Rounding out the Top 5  were 1. The Ellsworth Eagles Boy's Basketball Team defeated Washington Academy 76-59 on Tuesday, January 19th at Katsiaficas Gymnasium in Ellsworth.

The MDI Boys traveled to East Machias on Thursday, December 10th and came away with the loss, losing to the Washington Academy Raiders 83-60.

The MDI Trojans Girl's Basketball Team took the long drive to East Machias and came away with a 72-47 victory over the Washington Academy Raiders on Wednesday, December 9th.

The MDI Volleyball Team defeated Washington Academy 3-1 on Wednesday, October 7th at Bernard Parady Gymnasium in Bar Harbor. The individual set scores were 25-16, 25-16, 23-25, 25-18. MDI had lost to Washington Academy on September 17th 3-1.

The MDI Girls beat Washington Academy 14-0 on Wednesday, October 7th in Bar Harbor.  Opal Curless and Darcy Kanu each had hat tricks for the Trojans.
