The city of Boston had a trying week, and the Boston Bruins did what they could to bring a smile to sports fans in the area. The B's got their first win in five games, and took part in the annual "Shirts Off Their Backs" tradition after the game. Typically, the players would take off their game jerseys and give them to select season ticket holders, but in light of the week's events, those ticket holders requested that the jerseys be given to first responders and participants from this year's Boston Marathon.
