Red Sox Snap Losing Streak Against Yankees With 6-3 Victory

The Boston Red Sox beat the New York Yankees 6-3 on Thursday night, June 25th, snapping a 4-game home losing streak and a 7-game losing streak against American League East opponents.

Caleb Durbin, a day after dislocating his pinky finger in Colorado hit a 2-run homer in the 5th inning to break a 2-2 tie, and give the Red Sox the lead, 4-2. he ended up 2-3 for the game and has hit 5 homers in his last 13 games.

Anthony Siegler with as 2-4 with a double. Ceddanne Rafaela was 1-4 with a RBI.

Jarren Duran was 1-3 with a sacrifice fly, driving in a run.

Connelly Early picked up the win for the Red Sox, and is now 7-5. He went 6.0 innings allowing 5 hits and 2 runs. He struck out 9 and walked just 1.

Aroldis Chapman picked up his 15th save of the season, He allowed 2 hits and walked a batter in the 9th inning, but got out of a bases loaded jam, without allowing a run.
