The Boston Red Sox snapped a 4-game losing streak, beating the Atlanta Braves 8-0 as the Red Sox banged out 15 hits and received great pitching from Connolly Early.

Early pitched 7.0 innings and allowed just 4 hits and struck out 7 and walked 3. He improved to 5-2.

Ryan Watson closed out the game pitching the final 2.0 innings allowing just 1 hit and striking out and walking 1.

Jarren Duran was 4-5 including a solo homer run, his 8th of the season in the 9th inning.

Ceddanne Rafaela was 3-5 with a pair of runs batted in.

Wilyer Abreu was 1-5 with a 2-run single.

Isiah Kiner-Falefa was 1-4 with a run batted in.

Marcelo Mayer was 2-4 and Willson Contreras was 1-5, extending his season-high hitting streak to 10 games.

Mickey Gaspar, making his 3rd straight start was 1-3, scoring twice.
