The Boston Red Sox received a dominant pitching performance from Ranger Suarez who pitched 8 innings of 1-hit baseball and the Red Sox beat the Toronto Blue Jays 5-0 for their 3rd straight win on Monday night, April 27th.

Suarez struck out 10 and allowed just 1 walk to even his record to 2-2.

Greg Weissert pitched the 9th inning allowing just 1 hit.

Boston had 9 hits, including a solo home run by Carlos Narvaez in the 8th inning, his 2nd of the year.

Wilyer Abreu had a pair of hits including a double, and drove in a run.

Roman Anthony, Marcelo Mayer and Caleb Durbin each had a single and drove in a runs. Willson Contreras and Ceddanne Rafaela each singled.
