Blue Lobsters Bring Home 28 Ribbons at Regional Special Olympics Swim Meet

(Edit) - In the original story I referred to the team as the Blue Dolphins when in fact they are the Blue Lobsters!

Congratulations to the Blue Lobsters, who brought home 28 ribbons at the Special Olympics Regional Meet held at the Bangor YMCA.

Swimming out of the Blue Hill YMCA, the Blue Lobsters have members ranging from Trenton to Steuben and as far away as Hartland. The Team is coached by Sharon Longley.

Here are how the Blue Lobsters performed.

• Megan Gellerson 1st in 15 yard float, 3rd in 25yard float
• Nyssaiah Dunn 1st in 15 yard freestyle
• Trevor Trundy 1st in 25 yard backstroke, 2nd in 25 yard freestyle and 1st in relay 4x 25 team
• Levi Alley 1st in 25yard  freestyle, 2nd in 50 yard freestyle, 3rd in 50 yard backstroke
• Zoey Nevells 1st in 25  yard freestyle, 1st in 50 yard freestyle, 1st in 50 yard backstroke, 1st in relay 4x25 team
• Abbie Stanley 2nd in 100 yard freestyle, 2nd in 25 yard freestyle, 3rd in 50 yard freestyle, 1st in relay 4x25 team
• Bailey Fallica 1st in 25 yard freestyle, 2nd in 50 yard freestyle, 1st in relay 4x25 team
• Teddy Holcomb 2nd in 15 yard assisted
• Connor Hughes 1st in 100 yard freestyle, 1st in 25 yard butterfly, and 1st in 50 yard freestyle
• Elijah Allen 1st in 15 yard float and 1st in 25 yard float
• Nathan Boyington 1st in 25 yard freestyle and 1st in 25 yard backstroke
• Grace Fallica participated
