Bar Harbor Water Department Planned Water Main Shutdowns May 12th and 14th

The Bar Harbor Water Department will be making repairs on Tuesday, May 12th and Thursday, May 14th and will necessitate the shutdown of water mains.

Bar Harbor Water Department workers are scheduled to fix a small water main leak located on lower Holland Avenue during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5pm on Tuesday, May 12th. During the time of the repair, customers may experience a brief water outage and/or low pressure in the vicinity of the repair.

On Thursday the 14th, the Bar Harbor Water Department has scheduled a shut-down of the water main on Kebo Street during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. During the time of the work, customers may experience a brief water outage and/or low pressure in the vicinity of Kebo Street and Kebo Ridge. Eagle Lake Road customers should not be affected by the shut-down.
