Baby Osprey in Lamoine

Those ospreys in Lamoine have been busy, doing what Mom and Dad ospreys do at night... And there's a chick that has hatched! You can see the baby osprey at the live osprey cam!

On Tuesday, August 18, 2020 the Osprey nest in Lamoine was destroyed after the lines short circuited in the rain.

According to the Town of Lamoine Facebook Page, the young ospreys that hatched had already fledged, but the nest was still active with the parent birds.

The nest was rebuilt and EarthCam and Versant Power are bringing you up-close and live streaming views of the nest. This camera will bring you right up to the nest for the best view of these beautiful birds allowing you to experience the wildlife in Lamoine from a completely unique perspective.
