AYS 5th Grade Falls to Brewer 25-21

The Acadian Youth Sports 5th Grade Team played host to Brewer on Saturday, November 26th 25-21 in Trenton.

The score was tied 8-8 at the end of the 1st Quarter, and Brewer led 12-9 at the end of the 1st Half.

The AYS Team outscored Brewer 8-7 in the 3rd Quarter, and trailed 19-17 at the end of the 3rd Quarter.

Jameson Weir was the leading scorer for the Acadians with 9 points, and Jay Haney and Tyler Lunt each had 6 points.

For Brewer, Charles Brydes led all scorers with 14 points, Chris Legasse had 4 points and Ryan Edgecomb had 3 points. Luke Huff and Silas Keefe each had 2 points.
