Bullying is an issue, and a hot topic, as it should be. The AOS 91 School District is bringing "Box Out Bullying" a nationally acclaimed Anti-Bullying Parent Workshop to MDI High School's Library, on Tuesday March 19th. The workshop will take place from 5:30 to 7PM.

The goal of this workshop is to give parents practical tools and useful skills. Participants in this free workshop will learn how to identify bullying, the importance of teaching their children about respect, and how to work effectively and proactively with teachers, administrators, and others to promote student's well being.

Pizza and salad will be provided. You are asked to call Karen Shields, in the AOS 91 Superintendent's Office at 288-5049 to register so the schools can have a head count. Any questions? Contact your child's building principal, or school counselor, or email Edie Dubois, a social worker with the AOS 91 School District.
