28th Annual Acadia Oktoberfest and 14th Annual Wine Tasting This Weekend

The 28th Annual Acadia Oktoberfest and 14th Annual Wine Tasting will be held this weekend at Archie's Lobster, 90 Tremont Road in Bass Harbor.

The Wine Tasting will take place Friday October 10th from 4 to 6. Tickets for the wine tasting are $25.00 and include program, hors d'ouevres and wine tasting glass. Scott Worcester from Sawyers Specialties will be on hand to discuss wines, answer questions, and take orders! April McGuire will be providing the entertainment!

The Oktoberfest will take place from Noon to 5 on Saturday, October 11th. Admission to the Oktoberfest is $35.00 and includes a 4 ounce souvenir glass  drink tickets and people's choice voting token

Both events offer a $10.00 non-drinking and designated driver admission.

Music at The Oktoberfest is provided by The Crown Vics from Noon to 2:30 and Somes Sound from 2:30 to 5.  There will be lots of games including

• Stein Hoisting Tournament
• Stein Holding Race
• 15 pound Torpedo Keg Toss
• Giant Beer Pong (Open Play)
• Corn Hole (Open Play)
