Acadia National Park – Memorial Day 2020

For those wanting to get outside and recreate and take advantage of the gorgeous weather this Holiday Weekend, Acadia National Park remains mostly closed.

The Park Loop Road is still closed to all motor vehicles, all restrooms are closed, carriage roads have not yet reopened, and all campgrounds are closed. Recreational access is open to pedestrians and bicyclists on roads as well as limited hiking on trails.

The Park encourages you to maintain social distancing if you are walking, hiking or biking and to protect yourself and Rangers by wearing masks when social distancing is not possible.
