Acadia National Park Experiencing Heavy Congestion Sunday Afternoon

The official Facebook Page of Acadia National Park posted Sunday afternoon, July 2nd that the Park is experiencing heavy congestion and heavy traffic.

Consequently, some roads are temporarily closed to vehicles to allow unsafe conditions to improve. The Park encourages visitors to use the free Island Explorer Bus.
