2018 MDI Track and Field Preview – Conversation with Coach Aaron Long [VIDEO]

WDEA's' Chris Popper sat down with Aaron Long, the MDI High School Track Coach. Coach Long talked about the difficulty in dealing with late March early April weather in preparing for the season. Coach Long also gave us a preview of the season and what we can expect from the MDI Trojans.
