The Woodland Dragons beat the Sumner Tigers 5-0 in a baseball exhibition game on Tuesday, April 9th.

Woodland outhit Sumner 6-1.

Gaige Farrar was 2-3 for Woodland with a double. Wyatt Cropley had a double. Evan Curtis and Michah Cheesebrough each had a triple for the Dragons. Evan MacArthur had a single.

Woodland used 5 pitchers in the game. Combined they struck out 14 and walked 4.

Sumner's lone hit was a double by Dawson Hunt.

The Tigers used 3 pitchers, Logan Crowley (2.1 innings), Bryson Parritt (2.0 innings) and Cole Faulkingham (1.2 innings). Combined they struck out 9 and walked 6.

Woodland opens the regular season at Narraguagus on Wednesday, April 17th at 12 noon.
