Support HCTC’s Brookside Restaurant on Wednesday, November 1st

Here's your chance to support the next aspiring food and beverage and hospitality professionals! The Brookside Restaurant at Hancock County Technical Center on the Boggy Brook Road in Ellsworth will be serving lunch in-person and for take-out on Wednesday, November 1st from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m.

Members of the Culinary Arts program at Hancock County Technical Center take turns cooking, waiting on tables, seating guests, cleaning the kitchen, doing dishes during the restaurants service hours.

Lunch is a la carte, meaning you have a choice of Main Courses, Soups, Sides and Desserts and you pay according to what you order.

While the menu is subject to change, here's what's planned for November 1st.

Soups

• Corn Chowder with housemade roll . Available in Cup or Bowl.

Main Courses

• American Chop Suey with garlic knots and mixed vegetables
• Grilled Pork Chip with cinnamon apples and twice baked potato, served
• with mixed vegetables
• Chicken Caesar Salad

Sides

• Twice Baked Potato
• Side Salad

Desserts

• Pumpkin Chocolate Whoopie Pie
• Apple Pie A la Mode
