Red Sox Beat Orioles 7-5 [VIDEO]

The Boston Red Sox defeated the Baltimore Orioles 7-5 on Friday night, April 24th as David Ortiz and Hanley Ramirez hit back to back home runs, and the Brockstar, Brock Holt hit a 3 run home run to put the Sox ahead for good! The Red Sox  haven't lost the opening game of a series so far in 2015!

Rick Porcello pitched well for the Red Sox, going 6 innings, allowing 4 runs, all earned, striking out 7 and walking 2. Alexi Ogando picked up the win, going 1/3 of an inning. Koji Uehara pitched a scoreless 9th inning for his 3rd save of the season, striking out 2, and giving up 2 hits.

The Boston Red Sox and Orioles play again Saturday night. Justin Masterson will take the mound for the Sox. He is 2-0 with a 5.74 ERA. He got the victory over Baltimore in the Patriot's Day game on Monday. He'll be faced by Wie-Yin Chen, who took the loss on Monday. He is 0-1 with a 3.07 ERA.
