MDI Places 4 in Top 7 of Shot Put at Indoor State Track Meet

The Class B Indoor State Track Meet is taking place today, Saturday, February 17th down at Bates College and results are trickling in. Congratulations to the MDI High School Shot Put Throwers, who ended up taking 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 7th in the competition.

Coming in 1st was Garrett Graham of Brewer with a throw of 50-01.5. Croix Albee from MDI was 2nd with a throw of 48-03.00. Gilbert Isaacs of MDI was 3rd with a throw of 46-11.74, and Sam Hoff of MDI was 4th with a throw of 44-02.75. Micah Hallett of MDI was 7th with a throw of 42-10.00

The MDI Boys 4x800 relay finished 9th with a time of 9:17.83. The relay team consisted of Jose Chumbè, Finian Burns, Stanley Grierson, and Stephen Grierson
