The MDI Trojans travel tonight to Dover-Foxcroft to take on the Foxcroft Academy Ponies. Both MDI and Foxcroft Academy suffered losses last week, MDI losing to Nokomis, and Foxcroft Academy to Waterville.

I spoke with MDI's Head Coach Mark Shields this morning, and we talked about the state of the team, how everyone was reacting to the Nokomis loss, what MDI practiced this week, keys to defeating Foxcroft Academy, the health of the team and more.
