HCTC Cancels Holiday Buffet Because of No Power

This is truly a shame. The Holiday Buffet scheduled for today at Hancock County Technical Center has been canceled because of the lack of power. The culinary students had worked for a long time to prepare for this buffet!

The price was truly a great deal at just $13.00 per person. On the menu was

  • Roast Beef with Peppercorn Gravy
  • Fried Shrimp
  • Sweet and Sour Grilled Chicken Skewers with Pineapple
  • Pasta al Forno with Charred Red Pepper Sauce
  • Wild Rice Pilaf
  • Potatoes Dauphinoise
  • Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze
  • Green Bean Casserole
  • Assorted Sushi
  • Garden Salad with Choice of Dressing
  • Yule Log
  • Decorated Holiday Cookies
  • Assorted Pies and Cakes
