Friends in Action Community Lunches

Here are the Friends in Action Lunch Menus for March 2024!

The lunches are served at the Moore Community Center in Ellsworth, every Tuesday and Thursday, across from Knowlton Park. The cost of the lunches are $5.00.

The lunches are nutritious, delicious, inexpensive and more importantly a chance for seniors to get together in a warm setting and meet new friends or catch up with old friends!

The lunches have proven to be so popular that Friends in Action is asking that you let them know by Monday at 4:30 p.m. that you will be attending the Tuesday lunch and by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday if you will be attending the Thursday lunch, so that way they have enough food prepared and place settings set. You can either let them know at the lunch or by giving them a call at 664-6016

Tuesday March 5th - Corn Chowder, Veggies, Fruit, Roll and Dessert
Thursday March 7th - BBQ Chicken Sandwich, Tater Tots, Veggies, Fruit and Dessert
Tuesday March 12th - Turkey Breast, Stuffing, Veggies, Fruit and Dessert
Thursday March 14th - Baked Chicken, Mac 'N Cheese, Veggies, Roll and Dessert
Tuesday March 19th - Cheeseburgers, Sweet Potato Fries, Veggies, Fruit and Dessert
Thursday March 21st - Flour Tacos, Rice, Veggies, Fruit and Dessert
Tuesday March 26th - Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Breakfast Potatoes, Fruit and Dessert
Thursday, March 28th - Sloppy Joes, Tater Tots, Veggies, Fruit and Dessert
