A now former worker at Maine Shellfish Company on Water Street is Ellsworth has been charged with allegedly setting up a thumb sized camera in the employee's bathroom.

Keithley Stanley, 42, of Surry was charged with the Class D crime of invasion of privacy and will appear in court on August 30th.  He could get up to one year in jail and a $2000 fine.

Ellsworth cops say that an employee discovered the camera in the bathroom that is used by both men and women.  When the video was reviewed, Stanley is actually seen setting up the camera.

Stanley was given a no-trepass warning, preventing him from entering his former work place.
