Ellsworth PD Invites You to Tour and Open House at New Police Station Friday September 29

The Ellsworth Police Department invites you to a tour and open house at the new police station located at 416 High Street in Ellsworth on Friday, September 29th from 3 to 7 p.m.

You'll be able to tour the new facility, see the infrastructure upgrades, check out a police cruiser and meet Tag the Police K-9. Light refreshments will be provided.

Chief Glenn Moshier said

This open house at the new Ellsworth Police Station is a testament to our commitment to enhance public safety and better serve the needs of our community, officers and communication staff. The officers look forward to greeting the community on Friday.

The new station is 8400 square feet, an increase from the 1200 square feet in City Hall and features an upgraded communications center, accessible visitor entry and comfortable waiting area, patrol offices, interview rooms and improved storage area.
