Ellsworth Girls Soccer Falls to Foxcroft 2-0

The Ellsworth Girl's Soccer Team played much better on Monday, September 5th, losing to the Foxcroft Academy Ponies 2-0 in Dover Foxcroft in a Labor Day game.

Jenna Clukey scored in the first half to give Foxcroft Academy a 1-0 lead, and Olivia Wesley found the back of the net in the 2nd half to make it a final.

Callie Hammer had 22 saves in goal for Ellsworth.

Ellsworth is now 0-2. The Eagles play host to Old Town, Thursday, September 8th at 6 PM.

Foxcroft Academyis now 1-1. The Ponies play at MDI on Saturday, September 10th at 1 PM.
