City of Ellsworth to Pave Water and State Street Monday October 9th [UPDATE]

There has been a lot of discussion on social media lately concerning the condition of the roads in Ellsworth. Motorists will be pleased to know that the City of Ellsworth is planning to finish the paving on , Water and State Street on Monday, October 9th.

According to the City, Water and State Streets. are scheduled to be paved on Monday, October 9^th to complete the paving project. Short lane closures will take place and there will be alternating one-way lanes.

The City asks that motorists to plan ahead and anticipate delays between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Monday, October 9th.

Note - 2nd Street is not being paved.
