The Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce has announced the creation of a new event, which is sure to be a hit, for both the community, merchants and children! It's the 1st ever, and hopefully Annual Halloween Costume Sale.

Timed in 2020 to take place on Saturday, October 31st, community members and businesses are encourage to dress up in your Halloween costume and head out to participating shops for season ending discounts. Children will be able to head out for trick or treating during the day, before heading to Ledgelawn Avenue for the annual Halloween haul.

I'm planning on broadcasting from Bar Harbor on WDEA that day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Chamber Office on the corner of Main and Cottage Streets and hope you'll stop by in your Halloween finest so I can take a picture of you!

The Chamber will be collecting registrations from businesses who wish to participate, and will share a full list starting on October 26th. Because of the difficult year, there will be no fee required to participate. Interested businesses should complete the registration form with your sales and discount offers  HERE. You can also jump ahead and register for Midnight Madness on December 4th at the same time!
