858 Miles and 6 Basketball Games This Week on WDEA

It's the last full week of the High School Basketball Regular Season and it's going to be a long one! We are planning on broadcasting 6 games on WDEA, and I'll be traveling 858 miles this week.

Here's the schedule for January 29 - February 3 and the roundtrip miles from Bangor

• Monday January 29 - MDI Girls vs. Hermon 7 p.m. 118.4 miles
• Tuesday, January 30 - MDI Boys at Foxcroft Academy 7 p.m. 73.2 miles
• Wednesday, January 31 - MDI Girls at Foxcroft Academy 7 p.m. 73.2 miles
• Thursday, February 1- MDI Boys at Washington Academy 6:30 p.m. 178,2 miles
• Friday, February 2- Ellsworth Girls at Washington Academy 6:30 p.m. 178,2 miles
• Saturday, February 3 - MDI Girls at Houlton 12:30 p.m. 236.8 miles

When broadcasting the MDI game and Ellsworth plays, remember we will have the boxscore and recap on our website!

All the pregames should start approximately 15-20 minutes prior to the tipoff. All games will be broadcast on AM 1370 WDEA, on WDEA Internet Radio, on our free downloadable APP and on any Alexa enabled device.

Thankfully, I'll be able to ride the bus with the teams from Ellsworth/Hancock to East Machias and from Holden to Houlton, to at least cut down some of my driving!
