Winter In Maine

My son Craig is in a wheelchair. Life's difficult enough for someone in Maine in a wheelchair. There's not a lot of public transportation, sidewalks aren't really plentiful and then there's winter!

Try getting around in winter. It's difficult for sure. Never mind the snow and slush, and salt and sand, but then you have inconsiderate, or ignorant plow drivers that push snow in handicap parking spaces. I'm sorry, I just don't have a lot of sympathy for people who make life even more difficult for those in wheelchairs. Life's hard enough.
