Weir and Sawyer Score 1st Collegiate Goals for St. Joseph’s

Wednesday, October 5th was a special day for former MDI Trojan Lelia Weir and former Ellsworth Eagle Paige Sawyer, as they both scored their 1st collegiate goals for St. Joseph's College, in the Monks 4-0 win over Elms College in Chicopee, Massachusetts.

Lelia scored 1st for St. Joseph's College, scoring her first collegiate goal at the 18:49 mark

Paige scored her 1st goal via a penalty kick at the 85th minute, to round out the scoring for the Monks.

The St. Joseph's Womens Soccer Team is off to a 5-6-0 record but are 5-2-0 in the Great Northeast Atlantic Conference.
