
Upskirting Not Prohibited by Massachusetts State Law
In a sure sign that the apocalypse is near, the Massachusetts Supreme Court ruled unanimously that "upskirting" the practice of taking pictures of women under a women's skirt without their knowledge is not illegal.
The Suffolk County District Attorney had prosecuted this as part of the "Peeping Tom" laws, but now will ask the Massachusetts Legislature to specifically prohibit "upskirting"
