Local Teams Compete At The 2025 Trojan Invitational In MDI

The 2025-26 Basketball Season begins with the sweat and bonding during the summer months. The 2025 Trojan Invitational will take place this Friday and Saturday, August 1st and 2nd on the Jamie Gonzalez Court at Bernard Parady Gymnasium at MDI High School in Bar Harbor.

Teams scheduled to compete include Brewer, Bucksport, Ellsworth, Greely Mattanawcook Academy, Medomak Valley and MDI.

Admission is $6.00 per day or $10.00 for the weekend. Cash or Venmo accepted.

Here is the schedule

Friday August 1st.

12 Noon - MDI vs. Brewer
1 p.m. - Mattanawcook Academy vs. Ellsworth
2 p.m. - Brewer vs. Bucksport
3 p.m. - Greely vs. Mattanawcook Academy
4 p.m. - Bucksport vs. Medomak Valley
5 p.m. - Ellsworth vs. Greely
6 p.m. - MDI vs. Medomak Valley

Saturday August 2nd

9 a.m. - Medomak Valley vs. Brewer
10 a.m. - Ellsworth vs. Bucksport
11 a.m. - Mattanawcook Academy vs. Brewer
12 Noon - MDI vs. Greely
1 p.m. - Ellsworth vs. Medomak Valley
2 p.m. - Bucksport vs. Greely
3 p.m. - MDI vs. Mattanawcook Academy
