Trenton Volunteer Fire Department Hunter’s Breakfast November 2nd
I can almost taste them! The Final Trenton Volunteer Fire Department Pancake Breakfast of the season is this Saturday, November 2nd! The cost is only $8.00 per adults, $3.00 for children with children under 5 eating for free! Let me tell you these aren’t your ordinary pancake breakfasts, but this one is extra special as it is a Hunter's Breakfast!
Yes there are pancakes, blueberry pancakes, sausage, bacon, juice and coffee but French toast too! Bring your own chocolate chips and ask nicely and Kevin will make you Chocolate Chip Pancakes! Normally the Pancake/French Toast Breakfasts are served on from 6 AM to 10 AM, however the November 2nd Hunter's Breakfast will be served from 5 AM to 10 AM! In addition to the usual menu, for the Hunter's Breakfast there will be made to order eggs, beans, and sausage gravy & biscuits.
The Trenton Volunteer Fire Department has been serving these Pancake/French Toast Breakfasts for nearly 20 years. With the proceeds from these breakfasts and WITHOUT tax dollars they have purchase a 1997 Rescue Truck, 6 years ago. They have also purchased a thermal imaging camera, Jaws of Life and other specialized equipment.
They also purchased Truck 212 which went into service in March of 2018. Truck 212 is a 1997 E-One 75 foot ladder truck which was purchased from Racine, Wisconsin. It has a 1500 gallon per minute pump and a 500 gallon water tank. Truck 212 replaces Rescue 1 and carries the jaws of life and other rescue equipment.
I will be broadcasting from the November 2nd Hunter's Breakfast from 7AM - 9 AM!
