Trenton Acadians Rally From 3 Runs Down to Beat Rhode Island 7-3
The Trenton Acadians were trailing 3-0 in their game with Cumberland Rhode Island going into the 6th inning on Friday afternoon. But the Acadians scored 1 run in the 6th, and then tied it in the 7th inning after scoring 2 runs. They then scored 4 runs in the 8th to remain unbeaten, in the double-elimination Northeast Regionals in Worcester, Massachusetts.
The Acadians were perfect in the field, while Cumberland committed 5 errors.
