Time to Beat Lyme Sunday May 20

MDI High School Seniors have to present a Senior Exhibition as a requirement for graduation. Senior Owen Mild is organizing a 5K Race on Sunday, May 20th to benefit Lyme Disease Research.

We all know that ticks are a real problem throughout Maine, and one of the side effects of being "bitten" by a tick is the possibility of Lyme Disease. The Time to Beat Lyme will benefit Lyme disease research with all proceeds going to Johns Hopkins University, one of the leaders in Lyme research.

Race Day Check-In will be in the Stanley Brook Parking Lot in Seal Cove. The race begins at 1PM and the entry fee is $15.00

Donations are welcome if you are unable to participate in the run.
