Taking Bandages Off… Slowly or Quickly (Poll)

So I have tweaked my shoulder. It's probably stress because Lord knows there's plenty of stress at work. Anyway, I went finally and bought some Icy Hot patches and Lisa at work put it on my back and shoulder yesterday. It felt great and really made a difference and they last about 7-8 hours. I asked my wife, Bonnie, to peel it off last night and put on another one before I went to bed, because it was giving more relief than the heating pad the night before.

So she started to peel it off slowly and I thought that was going well, when all of a sudden RIP! She tore about three quarters of it off in one swoop and if you were living within 10 miles of Bangor, that was me you heard screaming last night! I told her I wasn't going for the wax of the back.. I just wanted the bandage removed!

So my question for you is this....
