Swanson Finishes Tied for 2nd in Mariner Invitational

Former MDI Trojan Riley Swanson, now at Husson University, finished tied for 2nd at the Mariner Invitational on Thursday, October 4th at the Augusta Country Club.

The course, a par 70 was tough on a windy day. Husson's Nick Mazuek was the medalist with a low score of 74. Swanson was 1 of 4 golfers to finish tied for 2nd with a 75.

Husson won the tournament with a score of 306. The University of Southern Maine, the two time defending champions finished 2nd, with 311.
