Kidding aside, congratulations to former MDI Trojan and now junior at Maine Maritime Academy Shelby O'Neil who has made the Women's Lacrosse Team at Maine Maritime Academy. She is studying Vessel Operations and Technology

O'Neil who played softball, soccer and basketball at MDI was one of the more physical players. She has played 3 seasons of soccer at Maine Maritime Academy and will be playing lacrosse for the first time.

The Mariners open their season on March 10th.
