If you remember purple or green ketchup and bought it, this story may be for you! I admit that I bought a bottle of green AND purple ketchup when they first came out in 2000 and 2001 because I thought my children would like it. Uh.. Not so much. I think I was the only one that ate it, and I put it in meatloaf and we eventually threw them out.

But, if you want to give your next meal a splash of color now here's something different!  A German food company called "The Deli Garage" has invented the world's first edible spray paint! Dubbed "Food Finish," the spray cans come in gold, silver, red and blue, and can be bought online for around $20 bucks. The spray paint has no taste by itself and can be applied on any item of food to offer a quirky alternative to regular meals. So how about a nice silver apple or perhaps some fresh picked blue strawberries? Project manager Kaya-Line Knust said, "We love to invent and produce products that are fun for both us and our customers. We all liked the idea from the beginning and luckily we found a manufacturer who can produce it for us."
