Brayan Bello was dominant on the mound. Coming off of his 1st complete game, he went 6.1 innings, allowing 6 hits and 1 run, striking out 5. He lowered his ERA to 3.14 and improved his record to 6-3.

Ceddanne Rafaela was 1-3 blasting his 14th home run in the 6th inning, a 2-run shot. He extended his hitting streak to a career-high 10 games.

Roman Anthony was 1-4 with a double, extending his hitting streak to 9 games.

Trevor Story was 2-3 with a RBI in the 6th inning when Boston scored 3 runs to break the 1-1 tie.

Justin Wilson, Garrett Whitlock and Aroldis Chapman combined to hold Tampa Bay to just 2 hits in 2.3 innings, striking out 5. Chapman, heading to the All-Star game, picked up his 17th save.
