Anthony Rizzo brought New York within 1 run, crushing a 2-run homer for the Yankees

Nathan Eovaldi ended up going 5 inning for the Red Sox, allowing 5 hits and 3 runs. He struck out 7 and walked 1.

Garrett Whitlock came on and went 2.1 innings. He gave up 2 hits and 1 run, while striking out 4 and didn't walk a batter
