The Boston Red Sox fell to the Minnesota Twins 4-3 on Saturday, May 3rd, as Kody Clemens, son of "Rocket" Roger Clemens his a 2-run homer in the 6th inning, in his 1st career game at Fenway.

Hunter Dobbins started and went 5.2 innings. He allowed 7 hits and 4 runs, striking out and walking 2. He's now 2-1 on the season. Dobbins was recalled from Worcester to take the place of Walker Buehler who's on the Injured List.

Rafael Devers was 3-5 driving in 2 runs. In his last 8 games he is batting .429 with 4 doubles, 3 home runs and 9 runs batted in. After his horrid start he's moved his batting average up to .256 for the season.

Jarren Duran was 2-5 with a double and triple and run batted in. He is tied for the MLB lead with 4 triples. Duran is now working on a 19 game on-base streak

Romy Gonzalez who started at 1st base was 3-4 with 3 singles.

The game was delayed 72 minutes due to weather in the top of the 7th inning.

Boston is 18-17 while the Twins are 14-20. The Red Sox are in 2nd place in the AL East 2.0 games behind the New York Yankees.

Boston and Minnesota will play the final game of the 3-game series Sunday afternoon. Garrett Crochet is scheduled to start for the Red Sox. The pregame starts at 12:35 with the 1st pitch at 1:35 on AM 1370 WDEA.
