JD Martinez hit his major league leading 21st homer, a 2 run shot in the 5th inning. The Red Sox record for most homers through the end of June is 24, which has been done 4 times, the last in 2001 by Manny Ramirez.

Jackie Bradley Jr. hit a solo homer in the 2nd inning, his 3rd of the season, and 1st at Fenway.

David Price earned his 7th win of the season and is now 7-4. He pitched 6.0 innings allowing 5 hits, 2 earned run while striking out 6 and walking 3. It was his 5th consecutive win.

Craig Kimbrel picked up his 11th consecutive save opportunity. He pitched the 9th striking out 2 and now has 20 saves on the season. He now ranks 2nd in the AL and 3rd in the Major Leagues with 20 saves.
