Boston's offense woke up on Saturday, as they hit 3 home runs, and had 18 hits, to rout the Toronto Blue Jays 15-1 snapping their season-high 6-game losing streak at Fenway Park.

Consider this...During their 6 game losing-streak they scored just 16 runs, on Saturday they had 15 runs!

Lucas Giolito started on the mound for Boston, and went 7.0 innings, allowing 1 unearned run. He held Toronto to just 6 hits, and struck out 5 while walking 1. He lowered his ERA to 3.99 and is now 4-1 on the season.

Chris Murphy, making his 1st appearance since 2024, and just activated from the Injured List pitched the final 2.0 innings, striking out 2 and walking 2. He faced 8 batters and didn't allow a hit.

Wilyer Abreu was 2-6 with a 3-run home run in the 1st inning, his 14th of the season, and had a double in the 2nd inning, driving in 4 runs.

Romy Gonzalez was 3-5 with a 2-run home run in the 6th inning, his 3rd of the season. The homer was the 2nd longest at Fenway this season. He also had a double and single.

Ceddanne Rafaela was 2-5 with a 2-run homer in the 6th inning, his 9th of the season.

Roman Anthony was 3-6 with a pair of doubles.

Abraham Toro was 2-3 with a pair of runs batted in.

Trevor Story was 2-3 with a double. and Nick Sogard was also 2-4 with a double.
